How about talking about the differences of HR working process between multi-national company and local company?

what's the meaning of "Hr working process"in your topic? please explain it.thanks!

I mean the workflow of different HR function.Or the way of solve problems is the same or not?

I feel there is no big difference between multi-national and local company, the major difference is one use bilingual file and the other use chinese file.

I think there is big difference between multinational company and local company,different working style,working environment,different way of working and thinking......

From my side, even for different multinational company, there is difference between European company and American company at working style,working environment,different way of working and thinking......

many multi-national companies outsource their HR issues to efesco.but national companies don't.

in multi national company you will always have two reporting line. one is to the local boss, the other is to the HR department in parent company. but it is not the same in all the multi national. it depends on how large it is.

it doesn't make sense to focus on the process difference between local and MNC...

y not raise a request on "HR's communication with line managers"??
